PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Cut-off Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after will ship the next business day.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors. If your package is returned, we can reship it (fees may apply) or issue a refund (minus shipping).
