Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Clearance and final sale items are non-refundable.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team at sales@sportmatsdepot.com with your order details.

2. Ship the product back to our warehouse (return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility).

3. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

• If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a free exchange or full refund.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
